Natalie,
If I am not mistaken, these were initially designed for sled dogs to keep
their feet from getting so cut up on the ice and snow of the great north.
Since dogs sweat their through their feet so to speak, I personally, would
not use them in such high temps to avoid overheating, heat exhaustion, or
even heat stroke.  .  I would rather find something that is more ventilated
and more suitable for hot weather and hot surface travel.

Hi Steve,
I wholeheartedly agree with you about Paw Tekkers.  I use them also when it
is 95 degrees or more, as Liam is so tenderfooted.  I make sure I take extra
water to avoid overheating.
