[nagdu] Advice Requested

Hi Mark,
if you are not the only one with a guide dog at the school, how do they 
know that it is your dog's waste remains that are in contention?  Do 
they have people who are watching where you park your dog?  Are any of 
these people threatening you to not have your guide dog because 
according to the office of disability support services you have not 
effectively clean up after your dog and therefore broken their law?
