[nagdu] Advice Requested

once again I'm sticking my nose in, I have never had any complaints from this or any other city I have had guide dogs in about the asfault or concrete or grass or dirt; have only been using releiving harness since this year. somebody needs to get a life and get a grip on reality. hal
