Well Bill, so does Pilot.  Like I've said, dogs who perform other services 
such as chore dogs or hearing dogs often use vests.  Also, I notice many 
folks want signs.  Like you have to point out what the dog is doing!  At 
least in the case of guide dogs, just watch a few minutes!
