[nagdu] What is a relieving harness?

A relieving harness is a belt that goes around the dog's waist. It has a
clip, open on one side, on the belly, and another clip on the dog's back.
The person attaches one handle of a plastic grocery bag to the back clip,
the other handle of the bag to the belly clip, and pulls the tail through
the handles so that the bag ends up hanging between the dog's back legs.
Then, when the dog makes a deposit, it falls into the bag. It's pretty
neat. I think it's mainly to catch #2, but it will catch urine as well.
We used one quite a bit on Echo, when she started having accidents in the
house. One of my classmates uses it just because she hates picking up
poop. Someone else on the list used one because she had balance issues
that made bending down and feeling around difficult.
