Congratulations  Passle, I think that was wonderful you working on a bill to 
protect guide dogs in PA. The sad thing is it took 15 years.
Every state should have this law.

Yes.  Murphy was attacked, Ariel was attacked 6
times and my 3 year old guide has been attacked 3
times.  This is the reason I worked for 15 years
to get HB 165 part of our Criminal Code in
Pennsylvania for the protection of all service
dogs.
