[nagdu] Swabbing for Explosive Trace Detection

I think inconsistency is actually consistent when it comes to the TSA.
I just flew earlier this month. I had my cane but every time I went
through security how they wanted me to proceed and how they checked out
my cane was different. I've just come to accept that security will be
a surprise every time.
