[nagdu] taking the day off?

Hi Hannah.
Ben does a lot of air-scenting. I don't mind, so long as he's still
paying attention.
I had dogs who got the slows heading home. My husband calls it the going
home blues. I just try to hup the dog up by whatever method works.
I've also had dogs who got bored walking the same route every day, and got
poky. The answer there is to vary the route, if possible.
And sometimes dogs just feel lazy, same as we do. Sometimes Ben just
wants to saunter along, but I usually hup him up into a trot, which keeps
him less distractible and is a better pace for me.
I guess you should try to figure out why Princess is getting the slows,
and go from there.
