Hi, i'm finding this topic very interesting. I'm fining the more I trust Tres the more he trusts me to take care of him and do the things that he needs. I believe that when we over control people as well as dogs it says more about ourselves tthan the dog or person.  I know in my case when I over control it has to do with my own insecurity or lack of truns in that person or dog but especially myself and being able to handle what might come up.
