Hi Daniel,
You gave it your all, and that's what counts.  You're not a failure.  There 
are other dogs out there who haven't been matched yet and will be a good 
match for you, I'm sure.  Unfortunately, there are too many who would give 
up at the drop of a hat, but you gave it your all, and don't beat yourself 
up over it.  Sending tailwags from LJ.
