Hi Shannon,
I am glad Caroline will have a good home with your aunt. Its never easy to 
retire a dog but I am glad she is still able to work until you get a 
successor dog.

Hi, all.

I've begun the process of retiring my Caroline dog. She's still working for 
now, and I'm very grateful for this. I'm currently applying to GDF for my 
successor dog.

Unfortunately, I won't be able to keep Caroline after she retires. So, 
she'll live with my aunt in Michigan. She'll be well cared for there, and 
I'll get to know how she's doing.
