I agree that every dog is different,and some times it takes time to learn
their cues.That said, if this handler's dog is having accidents every day
at the same time of day, that handler should be taking the dog out for a
potty break every day close to that time of day. The dog is obviously on a
potty schedule, but the handler is just not  getting it for whatever
