Nicole,
With all due respect, the issue of ownership is at the heart of the
problem. Ownership brings with it specific rights and responsibilities.
Along with ownership comes the right to due process. And I am talking about
true ownership, not the type Fidelcvo offers in which they retain the right
to repossess the dog at any time and for any reason. This is not really
ownership.
