I use a product made by 1800 pet meds that is called shed terminator. 
It's a tablet you feed the dog daily and depending on the dog's weight 
the amount of pills. It's all natural, but I don't know how it works 
exactly. It does work thogh and I've had Valiant on it for a few months 
now. I also used it with one of my dogs before. You can get 120 tablets 
for less than $25. That includes shipping. This works for me, but I 
thought I'd pass it along.
