[nagdu] Ownership of guide dog

I am wondering if The Seeing Eye does this. I know that I pay $50 towards
the training of a successor dog.

OK I may have ( probably did ) miss it, but I can't stand the thought
of being forcefully parted from my dog simply because she or her had
to retire say because of health issues at six months of partnership.
What schools give immediate and full ownership, contractually, upon
successful completion of training together? Thanks! Ava
