[nagdu] Story that I don't know what to think about

What horrified the owner is he was about 80, had a dog about the size of my
hand, and I was being towed down the street after him.

Apparently, kids in hooded sweatshirts and ripped jeans are scary especially
when accompanied by big dogs. Lol

Just picture the situation. It was about 9:30 on a Sunday night there was me
looking like a wreck, having grabbed clothes off the Flore in an attempt to
be outside in as short a time as possible and this dog that to him appeared
to be out of control. On a side note, why does building management keep the
heat in the building set at 80?

Sometimes, our dogs get overly exuberant when they see other dogs. It's not
desireable behavior, but it definitely isn't unheard of.

What exactly horrified the owner of the other dog?
