Greg,
    It was great to chat with you this afternoon. One of the projects NAGDU 
has embarked upon is the creation of a consumer satisfaction survey and a 
survey of the policies and practices of the various training programs. We 
are hoping the consumer satisfaction survey will be available just prior to 
convention. The training program survey is ready to be disseminated.
