That sounds pretty simple.  If there is any sign of an infection, I use a
homemade concoctioncalled Purple Power or Blue Power which you can find
on-line.  It contains 3 ingredients: borax, rubbing alcohol, and an iodine
based product.

Hi,

My vet recommended a solution of 1 part white vinegar mixed with 1 part
water.  I've been using this for the past two years, and it works well for
cleaning my dogs ears.
