Hi,
I have been reading a lot about rendered meat and other unwanted ingredients in pet food. Is there any sites that compare ingredients or at least list them for different brands?

Bibi thank you for your awesome description of Odie! I have never
heard of German hybrid Labradors, only of the English, American show,
and field type Labs. I am trying to picture what he'd look like, he
sounds very handsome! Oh I am so glad he scared that man away from you
-- Odie doesn't sound like the kind of dog a possible mugger would
want to mess with just based on my imagined image alone!! Aw, I am
sorry you got hurt by his clamp-jaws. I grew up with a very blocky
Golden Retriever, with super clamp-jaws too. She never meant to hurt a
soul, but when she cheated at playing tug of war once, by grabbing my
side of the toy, I still remember getting my hand caught in her mouth.
Ow!! My girl now is just a typical American Lab, she's a pale yellow
with white shoulders and underside, and a field Lab's build to her
body, with more of a show Lab's blockier head, grins. Thanks again
Bibi! Ava and Cocoa

Hi all,
I'm wondering if anyone has Doug While's email, and or if any of you
know of anyone who does a service similar to Doug's. I'm looking for a
private guide dog trainer either ot help me select a dog and train it,
or to train a dog I select, that kind of thing.
I'm not opposed ot the school route, but I'm waiting on the latest
survey before I apply with any new schools and the one I'm on teh
waiting list for says that uit'll be a while because I asked them for
a dog who would be calm enough around my son not to hurt him. *shrugs*
Anyway thanks all for the help.
Jessica

Hi Bibi,

Thank you for the discription of Odie. I also never have heard of a German
Hybrid Lab before. Gipp is a English lab. From the discription you gave of
Odie it's no wonder people are intimidating by him just on his looks and
size alone. I'm glad Odie alerted you to that guy and that the guy decided
to not bother you with Odie being right there. How much does Odie weigh and
how tall is he at the shoulders? Take care.

Lori and the Gipper

dogfoodadvisor.com seems very thorough.
I think it's .com; don't have my notes handy to check.
