[nagdu] Learning new routes with a guide dog.

I understand this, but you want to have something you can use. If you got it free and couldn't use it, what would be the use. I think if you buy maps internationally, the cost of it does go up. Haven't really priced any of the IPhone stuff lately though, so I don't know.
