Yes, that is where I heard about this from someone working at rimrock trailways which turns in to  grayhound. I called our oandm  instructor who is blind and uses a guide dog and he called them and was told the same thing that I was. He  has been trying to reach a number of people that are involved in ada  regulations as well as department of transportation and it isn't easy to reach people that he is trying to contact to straighten this out. He  also contacted guide dogs for the blind that seemed to know about theese things starting to happen on a more national level.
