Greyhound themselves say nothing on their web site about such a policy. Didn't know the name of the site of your company. It just says your dog can't travel in the aisle or occupy a seat and that they reserve the right to not allow your dog if it appears to pose a safety or health risk for employees, contractors, or other customers. So might they ask you to disembark if someone had an allergy on their bus?

I called our oandm instructor who is blind and uses a guide dog and he called them and was told the same thing that I was. He has been trying to reach a number of people that are involved in ada regulations as well as department of transportation and it isn't easy to reach people that he is trying to contact to straighten this out. He also contacted guide dogs for the blind that seemed to know about theese things starting to happen on a more national level.
