[nagdu] Buses and guide dogs

If it is indeed Jefferson, I use it exclusively as it is the only OTR that
comes through my area. I have never in the past almost 2 decades, ever had
a problem with their services, or drivers for that matter. And, in fact,
they are eagerly willing to accommodate and get us seating that will also
comfortably seat the dog. I would rather like to commend them because about
2 years ago, their site was horrible to navigate, but working through their
top-level folks was able to get an accessible feature placed on their site.
As I am reading back at the original post, this was actually second hand
knowledge being relayed...be careful what you post before checking out the
facts yourself. JMO,

Steve

I don't think the company needs to be enlightened so much as folks who work
for it. I looked at their web site, and it doesn't reflect that sort of
stuff.

requiring you to fill out papers. The prefer if you let them know you have a
disability 48 hours in advance, and I think it said that you might have to
show verbally or some other way, such as with equipment, that the animal is
serving a purpose as far as your disability is concerned. It said the dog
can't use a seat and that the dog must be in the person's control at all
times. And that's it.
