[nagdu] relieving in a Super Storm

In the past, if I've needed to take Ben out in the pouring rain, he's done
one of 2 things. Either he rushes around the corner of the house and
ducks under the shelter of the hedge to do his thing, or he steps out the
door, looks at the rain, and turns right back around.
I expect he'll do the same, even in the hurricane. I think we should be
reasonably safe, in the shelter of the hedge.
I think, if he really has to go, he'll deal with getting wet, so I don't
expect an accident.

Mark, can your guy go someplace in the shelter of the buildings, just this
once? Or are the pee police still on your case?
