[nagdu] Seeking suggestions for how to maintain a dog's traffic training

Hello Julie, Rhonda and others,

Thank you for your feedback. Could you explain a bit further about how exactly you go about practicing in the wal-mart parking lot? I probably should have clarified that my dog and I walk a few miles, navigate a few dozen intersections and survive several hairy college parking lots every day. The fact that we haven't had a run-in with a moving vehicle in 3 years makes me feel pretty confident in our abilities, but at the same time it also makes me wonder if the lack of an incident or "nose-bopping" might cause my dog's memory for traffic caution to fade. We obviously can't check for this by intentionally stepping out into oncoming traffic, which is why I'm looking for safe alternatives .

THanks again,
Bryan
