Have you heard of Hadley? they are a correspondence school for
blind
people. they have courses in all sorts of things from basic high
school
education to cooking to playing chess. It's all free and
available in
various formats including email, Braille and audio. It might be
something to look into if education is important to you.
I think you've spent all your life listening to what everyone
else has
told you to do and along the way you have forgotten about what's
important to Sarah. Is living in your own place important to
you? what
about getting a job? Having a family of your own? Going to
college?
None of these things happens overnight and they are all a load of
work.
They aren't going to fall on your head or be given to you by
others.
You have to work for what you want and then work some more.
If roller coasters are your passion, then pursue that by all
means.
Maybe you get a job to pay the bills and travel on the weekends
to
amusement parks all across the country. Maybe you start a web
based
business about the history of roller coasters with affiliate
links to
places where you can buy tickets. Maybe you could write a book
about
the history of roller coasters and sell it through the Kindle
store.
Maybe you could get a college engineering degree and help design
roller
coasters. Or hey you could get a job at an amusement park that
offers
the employees free park passes. There are options, lots and lots
of
options if you're willing to put in the work.
And to keep this on topic, getting a dog is just like everything
above.
It gives you options, but it's hard work.
