[nagdu] Nowhere to go?

You will not be anxiety free with a dog at first. There is a lot to learn if you have never used one. You just have to be as calm as you can, and if you are having a problem, be quick to let your instructor know. Take this one step at a time. Go there, meet the people, meet your dog, and just let it all build on itself. Don't borrow worry. It comes soon enough uninvited. Do what you can to stay calm, and don't hesitate to let the instructors know what you need and what's happening to and for you. OK? You'll be fine.
