[nagdu] Distracted by other dogs

Thanks Roomie,

I just use a gentle leader. As you probably remember. My little guide
didn't do any of this in training. It made me very proud when we
walked right by dogs barking and she kept moving. So this is brand new
and something I am jusst trying to get a handle on.
