Thanks for the input, Cindy!

Also, has anyone else applied to TSE online? It asks for a "letter of self
introduction" to be "submitted with this application." But I don't see a
place to paste or attach one. Do I need to snail-mail one? Or is there a
way to email it? I admit, I'm a little confused.
