[nagdu] Veterinary assistance

Hi Margo.
I owned my Amba, and GDB helped when she needed major surgery and cancer 
treatments.

The last thing I saw from GDB about the vet stipend, which was a few years 
ago, they said they could help up to $200 a year, but, if one could afford 
vet care without help, please leave the money for others.
