[nagdu] Bicyclists!

I think somewhere in my county recently had a pedestrian safety campaign. 
The police educated pedestrians about the dangers of jay-walking, and 
drivers about looking out for pedestrians.  Seems like a good idea to me.
I think part of the campaign was tickets, and part was PSA's in the paper 
and on the radio.
It seems screwy that your county wouldn't try to do something about 
pedestrian safety.
