Mary, I can't remember where you got the pup, but if you feel there are problems with his work afterwards, then they should be able to come out and help you. Call your school and express your concerns now so you will be on their radar. It sounds as if all went well mostly. The exhibit hall can get a little harried, but it works fairly well.
