[nagdu] where to buy guide dog harnesses

Ken,

Heavens! Did they really tell you you can't buy a white cane if you 
haven't gone through training? Um... You can just order one or buy one. 
Good thing, because I am pretty much self-taught in cane O&M as well as 
with my guide.

School harnesses do tend to remain the property of the school, to be 
returned when they are no longer being used, at least as I understand 
it. But you can purchase harnesses all by your own self, too! It is 
possible that they don't like it when people do this, but... What can 
they do? /evil smirk/

I have gotten my harnesses from Pawpower, so I hope that whatever is 
going on with them they get back in touch with us.
