[nagdu] where to buy guide dog harnesses

Hi Michael,
Hey, I forgot about that and didn't know the NFB still had that program. I 
have forgotten about how that program worked.  How does one get a free 
cane - is it a one-time-only type of thing?  What kind of cane can one get 
throough this program - rigid cane or folding?  Do you have to be a member 
of NFB for this?
