Hi Sarah,
I also live in an area without sidewalks, and degree that it can be frustrating at times. I've had my dog Salsa For about a year, and she has gotten used to it, but it definitely took some time. Have you asked your school for help with this issue? I know mine was very helpful in giving me tips to encourage Salsa And help to give her confidence as we worked in these kinds of areas. Good luck.

The only sidewalks are down the main street which isn't safe enough to walk because Wizard has a habit of veering into the middle of the street. And I can't see when he does this to correct him.
