[nagdu] Dogs in Condo Pools

                It seems Ken isn't getting the basics of our rights of
access; common areas in condos and subdivision aren't necessarily public--in
other words, not every Tom, Dick or Harry can swim in our pool--but I guess,
it is possible, if he could sway the association, they would allow his dog
into the pool, though I see no reason for it other than he seems to think
this is his ADA-given right.
