Dear All,
I want to ask everyone to refrain from any personal attacks on this
list. Though I am not the moderator, such attacks are not in keeping with
the guidelines of this list. Furthermore, this thread is now closed.

Fraternally yours,

Alternatively, you could have stated explicitly that all you wanted was a
legal opinion. You didn't. Instead you made those of us who offered advice
feel bad. Perhaps that was your intent?

With that said, this list is made up for guide dog users. And although many
times legal issues are discussed, when you present a question on this list.
You should be prepared for the responses you recieve. yes many of them might
be opinion, suggestions, advice, all mixed in with some legal language. No
one on list gave you advice in a rude, uncaring manner. Again this list is
guide dog users, users is the important word here. Only those who are
familiar with legal language typically comment. Further if you were only
looking for legal advice, then perhaps you should have contacted someone off
this list, instead on the list directly.
