Hi Leye,
I think most of the US schools will accept foreign students as long as they 
speak and understand English wwell enough to benefit from the training. 
You'll have no trouble in this as your English seems to me to be quite good.

I'd say, contact the schools themselves and ask.  You may have to pay for 
your travel to the schools.  Most schools have websites - hey Marion, do you 
have a list of schools and websites for Leye?

The Seeing Eye may have had foreign students besides Canadians - there's a 
Canadian or two in most of TSE's classes.

So, check the schools out.
