[nagdu] single diner with bowl

I used to feed my dog from a bowl in a stand, then I kept hearing that it
might cause bloat, so I went back to leaving the bowl on the ground.  I
don't know why it would or wouldn't cause bloat, but I figure the natural
eating position for a dog is with the food on the ground.  After all, if
he were eating a deer or rabbit he'd caught, it would be on the ground.
