[nagdu] Fidelco Responds to Guide Dog Users' Bill of Rights

Marion,

Has the Bill of Rights already been voted on at this year's national
convention? I just read it on the blog and agree with many of the
points. There were only a couple that I had misgivings on and I was
wondering if there was a place to comment on them.
