[nagdu] Implant reader!

I believe that businesseds should expect to be aware of service animals, what services they typically perform, what types are allowed in their place of business, and that they should then act accordingly. There would still be people slipping through the cracks, but that's going to be a given, just as you still have problems even though people are required in many businesses to take sexual harassment courses. I do not want to have a reader to haul around to prove I have a service animal. It would be easier to show an ID, and if you fly, that would be another concern at the security checks. And, of course, for our benefit and that of all other service animal handlers, I think we need to make sure that, to the extent possible, our animal is behaving above reproach, or if it has a slip up, we are on it in a nanosecond. I would hate to have additional hassles. There are already plenty enough of those to go around already.
