[nagdu] Portland, OR: Blind man & guide dog rescued from fire

This hits too close to home because I'm near Portland, OR and pretty
much know where that apartment complex is.  I know many blind and many
guide dog handlers but this aprticular case ahs me confused.
Hopefully both handler and dog will survive.
