[nagdu] Ownership, was Barking Puppies!

I'm not sure that's exactly true.  GDB used to have a kind of fake ownership 
agreement.  It said I owned my dog, except GDB could come take it if they 
thought they should.  Happily, they changed it several years ago to a more 
true ownership.
Other schools may still have such fake ownership.
