Dear Larry,

	There has to be a way for a disabled person using a chair to get up
and down, so you never **have** to use them, but some choose not to for
various reasons.

Well, I like escalators and so does holly! At Pilot, I used her in both
escalators and revolving doors. My theory is that you'll never know when
you'll need that sort of thing so might as well get familiar with it! We
practice every so often at the hospital so as not to forget.
