[nagdu] Escalators

Jessica, no reflection whatsoever on your choice at the time.

When I got my first dog from TSI, shortly after the world was created (the
big bang), I went to New York which was an option. I used subways which we
don't have where I live, just in case I would ever have to do so in the
future. The then future is now past and I've used subways in my travels
with no problems.

All this to say that, if you are offered an opportunity during training
gentle readers, take it, learning is never wasted! You may even learn some
amazing things about both your dog and yourself which could be of value in
any number of unanticipated situations.

Doug, I think I said what I know I meant.

: Hello,
: Trust me I definitely agree it is needed. When I got my dog I lived in
: the country. There are no escalators and or revolving doors. At GDB
: with the new customerized training, I didn't take that part. 2 years
: later I got married and moved to DC where my husband lived. Wow what a
: rude awakening. Thank God for the awesome staff at GDB who came and
: worked with me because I was lost on so many levels. Now we do them
: everyday on the subways and in buildings and it is a breeze.
