[nagdu] Man and dog fell onto tracks

This issue of money is interesting.
I heard the story on the news last night, and the last comment was
that the man said he didn't have enough insurance to keep the dog and
that it would have to retire in January. The newscaster made it sound
like it was lack of insurance causing him to have to retire the dog.
I know that's not true, so I'm just wondering if the media have
misunderstood how most dog schools work.
The sinical part of me was fearful that this was a ploy for donations.

I know that GDB will cover all medical costs that the handler cannot
cover if they are necessary. Reimbursement can be a little
troublesome, but it does happen.
Luckily my current girl has been healthy as healthy can be.
