[nagdu] Washington Seminar Re: nfb quiz

I was also at Washington Seminar. If you walked out the front door bang a 
left, cross the street, there was a grassy traffic island. This spot worked 
well. However, I also used the between parked cars method.  Problem is, I 
found the traffic island on Tuesday, the day I was leaving.
