[nagdu] Relieving dogs at Washington Seminar and other areas

Hello!

I have so many questions about this topic. Hopefully I can  describe how it
is in Estonia and then you can understand why do I have questions to you.
So in Estonia  the animal rights law says that people need to clean after
their dogs. 
But it doesnt say anything about blind people and their guide dogs. So
somehow it is worked out that blind people if they are alone dont need to
clean after their dogs. Our dogs are teached to reljeve them selves at grass
area. We have very very much grass in our cityes. Ofcourse we have only
about 30-35 guide dogs in Estonia all together.
Can I ask how are blind people teached at schools to clean up after theyr
dogs?
And how is it in USA, how long is one guide dogs work period? How old is she
or he when she or he stops working?

Seeing eye teaches parking lots, or off the curb.
I can't be higher than my dog is going, I have to stay on the same level.
or I feel as though I will fall off the curb.
A problem with vertigo.
I am wondering why the toileting harness isn't sold.
I have two of them, and use them all of the time with my dog.
then the droppings go into the bag.
I don't have to worry about him moving around.
Grass, he loves to eat it, then he throws up at night.
It is important for him to stay in the parking lot.
