All,

As a grad of GDF, this makes me very proud too. I read her bio about the shooting, I think its up on BARD. GDF is unique in that they do train for multiple tasks. my pup is also trained for guiding and balance work. I am also working to have her do alerting to sounds and my name. She alerts to the doorbeel or someone knocking on the front door. With my Emma girl I really wanted to return to that school, but they could not train for the balance. And weren't apparently willing to do such either. That is fine. GDF has several types of balance harness, like Jenine was saying. the handle that is used for balance is either 2, 4 or I think 6 inches. which means how far off the back strap it is. Mine is I think the 4, its higher than the normal, but nt the highest. I find this a great help.

Pups work is awesome, now if I could get her relieving schedule worked out it would be great.
