[nagdu] Lions support

Steve, I'm curious. Why do people feel they need the Lions support to get a
guide dog? TSE, and GDB, pay the airfare, and students get room and board
from the school. One might need a bit of money for toys or extra equipment,
but not a lot. So where does the support come in?
Tracy
